DUBAI: British-Albanian hitmaker Dua Lipa turned 25 on Saturday, and the Hadid family wasted no time in celebrating the birthday girl.
Part-Palestinian Anwar Hadid — who celebrated his one-year anniversary with his partner Lipa in June— and his older sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid took to social media to pay tribute to the “Physical” singer on her special day.
Gigi — who is expecting her first child with former One Direction star Zayn Malik — shared a sweet post on her Instagram Story for the Grammy winner’s 25th birthday day, referring to her as a “sister.”
“HAPPY BDAY DEXTER’S MOM @dualipa,” the mom-to-be wrote, referencing the adorable new puppy Anwar and Dua recently adopted together. “You’re a special one & deserve the best. love u sister, (sic)” the pregnant model added alongside a black-and-white snap of the pair together.

Also celebrating the newly-minted 25-year-old on Instagram was Bella, who wrote: “Happy birthday to the cutest, smartest, most hard working, loving, generous bean of all time. You are sweet as pie ... a blessing to our fam and the world Love u sister, (sic)”
Of course, Anwar also posted a heartfelt tribute for his longtime beau on Instagram.
The 21-year-old model and artist posted a series of photos of the couple together on the image-sharing platform, writing: “4 my love!!!! Happiest of birthdays!!! LOOKI THAT SMILE!!! Woweeeee!!! LOVE YOU ENDLESSLY LETS HAVE A BLAST, (sic)” he captioned the post.
Meanwhile, real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid also made sure to celebrate the Grammy Award-winning artist on her birthday.
It’s been reported that Lipa, who has shot to fame for hits like “New Rules” and “One Kiss,” has recently relocated from London to Los Angeles to be closer to her beau and his family, according to British tabloid The Sun.
According to the tabloid, Lipa purchased property near Hadid’s famous family in Beverly Hills.
Lipa is gearing up for the release of her new remix album, following the soaring success of her sophomore album “Future Nostalgia” earlier this year. Club Future Nostalgia will be released on Aug. 28, and will include features from Madonna, Missy Elliott, Gwen Stefani and Blackpink, among others.
