Number of cases, deaths from COVID-19 continues to fall in Saudi Arabia

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia announced 26 more deaths from COVID-19 and 1,629 new cases of the disease on Thursday.
Of the new cases, 137 were reported in Hufof, 114 in Riyadh, 66 in Dammam, 63 in Najran and 60 in Madinah.
The total number of recoveries in the Kingdom increased to 231,198 after 2,629 more patients recovered from the virus.
A total of 2,842 people have succumbed to the virus in the Kingdom so far.
There have been no reports of coronavirus infections at the holy sites of Hajj on the second day of the pilgrimage.
