Saudi Arabia records 52 new COVID-19 deaths
  • The total number of infections reached 213,716
  • 4,398 have recovered from the virus

RIYADH: Saudi Arabia reported Monday 52 deaths from the novel coronavirus and 4,207 new infections. 

The new figures bring the official total in the Kingdom to 213,716 infections and 1,968 deaths. 

The health ministry said 4,398 have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 149,634. 

The majority of the new cases were recorded in Qatif, with 437 infections reported.
