RIYADH: Saudi Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance Sheikh Abdullatif Al-Asheikh instructed the ministry’s branch directors in 13 regions of the Kingdom to allocate numbers for WhatsApp to receive messages from mosque employees and citizens.
The messages will include observations and requests to check on the quality of the services provided by the ministry.
Al-Asheikh is keen to open communication channels between beneficiaries and direct officials in order to identify and immediately address any shortcomings and fulfill any requests that involve serving and caring for mosques.
