RIYADH: Minister of Justice and chairman of Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) Waleed Al-Samaani on Sunday launched the center’s website and the service providers’ platform.
The platform will enable those who are eligible from the private sector to join the competition in liquidations and sales activities that are assigned to the center from other judicial, governmental, or private entities.
The platform offers an opportunity for the private sector in liquidations and sales activities. In addition to the center’s primary aim of fulfilling rights and speeding up the process of serving justice, it will enhance the role of the private sector in the activities that fall under its jurisdiction such as accounting, law, sales, judicial storekeeping, sales, administrative advisory, and evaluation.
The center seeks to achieve cooperation between the judicial ecosystem and other government entities in the fields of liquidations and sales.
