Enjaz, the remittance arm of Bank Albilad, is offering free international money transfer service through its electronic channels, in support of the preventive measures taken by the government to combat COVID-19.
“Bank Albilad urges its valued customers to use the bank’s electronic channels — Enjaz app and Albilad app for smart devices — Albilad Net — to take advantage of the free international money transfer service pursuant to the precautionary and preventive measures of staying at home and maintaining our customers’ health,” a statement said.
The bank said it has taken precautionary measures, such as disinfection of all Albilad branches, Enjaz centers and ATMs, as well as providing Albilad branches and Enjaz centers with medical and preventive tools, such as thermometers, sanitizers, masks and gloves. In addition, Bank Albilad has launched a number of awareness campaigns on coronavirus to ensure customer safety and business continuity.
The bank also provides 24/7 customer service via a phone number (920001002) and a toll-free phone number (8001230000). It also receives queries and feedback on its social media channels (@Bankalbilad/ @Enjazalbilad) through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat, and via WhatsApp (+966920001002).
