RIYADH: The Ministry of Justice has continued to provide judicial services to beneficiaries remotely through its digital infrastructure, which uses the latest operating systems and advanced applications.
The portal (najiz.sa) provided, in the span of 14 days, more than a quarter of a million services to remote beneficiaries in their homes.
The ministry has prepared an interactive training program for its employees to work remotely. At the administrative level, ministry employees have completed more than 20,000 remote transactions.
The ministry formed several teams to educate employees on the dynamics of remote work, to support and enable this type of work, and to ensure maximum efficiency. The teams have built effective communication paths that are bringing together the ministry's employees remotely through interactive applications.
A test was also conducted for more than 3,000 employees to identify their experience in working remotely. According to the results, several recommendations were made to improve the experience of working remotely and ensure that the justice system is run with quality and proficiency.
