RIYADH: The Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) held a workshop at its Riyadh headquarters to develop a private sector employment training program and improve the quality of program outcomes.
Mohammed Al-Shuwaier, director general for the development and design of training programs at Hadaf, said that the fund presented a lot of opportunities and programs to train and qualify Saudi nationals, increase their participation rate in the job market.
He said that the fund held the workshop to involve the private sector in developing the fund’s training and qualification programs, listen to their opinions and experiences, and meet job market needs through Hadaf.
Abdullah Al-Qassem, managing director of development and design of training programs at Hadaf, briefed the audience about the fund’s training programs, including the electronic training platform Doroob, the on-the-job training program Tamheer and others.
