RIYADH: The Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) has released a training program that reviews the rights and duties of employees in the private sector.
The initiative was launched by HADAF’s Duroob training platform.
This initiative aims at educating workers on the Saudi labor system, regulations and raising awareness about the rights and duties of contractual parties.
The training program, titled “Workers’ Culture according to the Saudi Labor Law,” addresses the rights of the worker, the duties of the worker and health and safety in work.
To register for the electronic training course, interested persons can log into doroob.sa. Two million Saudi men and woman have already enrolled in online training courses.
