The emerging Arab models to watch in 2020

These are the fresh faces from the Arab world set to take the modeling industry by storm in 2020.  

  • Azza Slimene

    The up-and-coming Tunisian model walked for Chanel’s Autumn-themed Fall 2018 show, in addition to Yohji Yamamoto and Maison Rabih Kayrouz that same season.

  • Tilila Oulhaj

    The 23-year-old model, who grew up in the Atlas Mountains, was a debate teacher before transitioning into a full-time model in Marrakech. She’s modeled for local labels Maison ARTC and Bougroug, and landed a Vogue Arabia cover.

  • Shahad Salman

    The Saudi social media star is one of the first models with vitiligo to land a major magazine cover, fronting Vogue Arabia’s June 2019 issue alongside Canadian model Winnie Harlow.

  • Taleedah Tamer

    Born and raised in Jeddah, the 19-year-old was the first Saudi model to walk during Paris Couture Week when she opened the Antonio Grimaldi Fall 2018 show.

  • Rawiyaa El-Madkouri

    The Moroccan-Italian beauty was scouted at the mall when she was 14 and went on to walk for the likes of Chanel, Jacquemus and Koche, in addition to landing a campaign with Chloe.

  • Malika El-Maslouhi

    Born to an Italian mother and a Moroccan father, the 18-year-old has appeared on major runways, including Chanel, Christian Dior, Hermes and Ralph Lauren.
