  • The new service will not alter the visa application process or its associated costs

ISLAMABAD: The United States Embassy in Islamabad announced on Wednesday it was introducing a home delivery service for US visas that would cost applicants Rs700.
According to the American diplomatic mission in the country, the service is optional and those who desire to benefit from it can select the "premium delivery" option during the application process.

Under the service, the travel documents will be sent to any Pakistani address once the US authorities stamp visa on a passport.
It is important to mention, however, that the new service will not change the visa application process or its associated costs.
The applicants will be able to pay cash after receiving the travel documents on their doorstep.
