August 31: Pakistan Today states that former president and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari, who is in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) over corruption charges, was moved back to the Adiala Jail on Friday, a day after he was taken to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences in Islamabad for medical checkup.
