RIYADH: An arrest warrant has been issued for a person who published a video clip of a child brandishing a dagger while making threats and insulting education.
The warrant was issued by Saudi Arabia’s Attorney General Sheikh Saud Al-Mujib.
The public prosecution said publishing videos showing this kind of material is a criminal act and promoted hate crimes.
