Top Saudi diplomat reviews Kingdom’s bilateral ties with US, Russian and Nepalese envoys

Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel Al-Jubeir has held a series of meetings with foreign ambassadors to the Kingdom in Riyadh.

He met separately with US Ambassador John Abizaid, Russian Ambassador Sergey Kozlov, and Nepalese Ambassador Dr. Mahendra Prasad Singh Rajput, on Sunday.

The meetings reviewed bilateral relations between the countries, and discussed regional and international developments and issues of mutual interest.

Also on Sunday, Eastern Province Gov. Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdul Aziz received US Consul General Rachna Sachdeva Korhonen at his office in Dammam.

Korhonen stressed that strategic bilateral relations between Washington and Riyadh were of paramount importance to the White House, in order to ensure security and stability in the region and protect global trade and shipping routes.
