  • White’s and shades of blue and purple were the go-to choice of Eid fashions for Pakistan’s celebrities

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan celebrated Eid al-Fitr on Wednesday and like most celebrating, our stars checked off some major traditions including wishing their social media followers as well as sharing their outfits of the day. Eid and fashion go hand in hand with many marking the end of Ramadan as the start of a new year complete with a new outfit for the day. Actors and singers from Islamabad rocked their holiday finest and shared the goods with us across social media cementing the color trends that dominated this Eid al-Fitr.

Actor Mawra Hocane shared a shot from her Eid celebrations happening in New York City with the Manhattan skyline behind her in a pretty printed lilac outfit with accents of hot pink.

Actor and model Saheefa Jabbar Kattak wore a pretty minimalist meets tradition cotton ensemble in, you guessed it, light blue while husband Khawaja Khizer rocked a white look with another traditional choice, a classic doti.

White was the go-to color choice for men with actor Ali Rehman Khan and singer Uzair Jaswal both sporting white for their Eid celebrations in Islamabad.

And like a lot of the fellas, many of the ladies wore white for the first day of Eid like actor Urwa Hocane who went for an antique white with gold work and husband actor, singer Farhan Saeed who donned white as well.

Actors Sarwat Gillani and Hareem Farooq both wore white in traditional silhouettes. Gillani opted for a grand pishwas style gown with gold work.
