Indigo, the rooftop restaurant at luxury boutique hotel The Merchant House, Bahrain, part of Campbell Gray Hotels, is offering a delectable iftar menu for guests this Ramadan.
The menu comprises Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dishes inspired by Executive Chef Robert Shipman’s own travels across the globe.
“Guests will be treated to fresh and delicious handmade sweet and savory pastries, as well as hot, bespoke dishes straight from our kitchen. We guarantee that every palate will be met with our extensive range of flavors,” said Chef Robert.
He worked under the celebrated Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and in the southern European culinary scene.
The rooftop restaurant offers seating indoors and outdoors on its landscaped garden terrace, alongside the pool.
The Merchant House is an all-suite boutique hotel featuring 46 suites, each with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as open-plan sitting rooms, designed for both business and leisure. It is located next to the Bab El-Bahrain Souk.
