RIYADH: King Salman was visited by the foreign ministers of Morocco and Eritrea on Wednesday and received messages from the king of Morocco and the president of Eritrea.
Nasser Bourita, the Moroccan minister of foreign affairs and international cooperation delivered greetings from King Mohammed VI during a meeting at Al-Yamamah Palace, which were reciprocated by King Salman.
Osman Saleh, the Eritrean minister of foreign affairs conveyed greetings to King Salman from Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki at a separate meeting at Al-Yamamah Palace, while the king extended his greetings to the president.
Both meetings were attended by Interior Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Saud bin Naif, Minister of State Musaed Al-Aiban, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim Al-Assaf, Minister of State for African Countries’ Affairs Ahmed Qattan, Moroccan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Mustapha Mansouri and Saudi Ambassador to Eritrea Saqr bin Suleiman Al-Qurashi.
