Alinma Bank recently won the “Best Digital Service” award at an event organized by the Union of Arab Banks (UAB) and the Arab Information and Communication Technologies Organization (AICTO). The award was presented in recognition of Alinma’s efforts to digitize its customer experience in ways that bring convenience to its customers’ financial lives.
Recent additions to the bank’s digital offerings have included online current account opening, new/replacement card printing via Alinma ATMs, 24/7 self-service digital branches, interactive teller machines (ITM), small denomination ATMs and corporate cash deposit machines.
Alinma Bank CEO Abdulmohsen Al-Fares said the award is “a culmination of the efforts made to provide partners with the latest in banking technology and digital services, ensuring safety, convenience and efficiency for partners, whether they are individuals, large corporate entities, government organizations or SMEs.”
Alinma recently launched Apple Pay for iOS devices and mada Pay for Android devices. The bank has a network of 161 branches and 1,488 ATMs across the Kingdom. It additionally provides customers with a number of 24/7 self-service banking options, which include Alinma Internet, Alinma Phone, Alinma Mobile (WAP) and a suite of applications for smart devices.
