Pakistan building valuable partnership with KSA
  • With the hard work and sincerity of its people, Pakistan has emerged as a prominent member in the comity of nations
  • Pakistan wishes to build a valuable partnership with Saudi Arabia for the realization of shared developmental goals

I wish to convey my heartiest felicitations to fellow Pakistanis, specifically those residing in Saudi Arabia.

March 23, 1940, signifies a milestone in our national history: The day when the Muslims of the subcontinent decided to focus all their energies on the realization of the dream of Allama Iqbal for a separate homeland.

Seven years of struggle by Muslims, under the relentless leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah ended with the founding of Pakistan on Aug. 14, 1947.

The historic feat of establishing Pakistan through democratic means, however, was just the beginning. With the hard work and sincerity of its people, Pakistan has emerged as a prominent member in the comity of nations.

Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have deep-rooted brotherly relations, encompassing a wide range of common strategic, political and economic objectives.

The recent visit of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to Pakistan harbors hopes for a further deepening of cooperation between the two countries.

With the support of King Salman and the crown prince, Pakistan wishes to build a valuable partnership with Saudi Arabia for the realization of shared developmental goals.

I would like to acknowledge as well the valuable contribution of the vibrant and dynamic Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia.

They are serving both nations with loyalty, commitment and dedication. They are a strong link between the two countries.

The Pakistani Consulate has always striven to reinforce our community by providing the best possible services, and consular and welfare services have been made more efficient for the quick resolution of any issues.

I take this opportunity to extend my best wishes to the Pakistani community in Saudi Arabia for their future endeavors.

Let us pledge to enhance our efforts to further deepen relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. We pray for the security and prosperity of both countries.

Long live Pakistan. Long live the friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
