RIYADH: Riyadh is a beacon of Arab culture, according to Sheikh Ali Khalid Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Kuwaiti ambassador to the Kingdom.
Speaking on the sidelines of the Riyadh International Book Fair, the envoy lauded the diverse Arab participation in the event, which highlights the book fair’s importance in the region.
Al-Sabah praised efforts exerted by the Saudi minister of culture, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, to improve the Kingdom’s cultural scene.
