Saudi sports authority launches investigation into stadium

DUBAI: An investigation has been launched into delays surrounding the completion of the new King Fahad International Stadium in Riyadh.

Prince Abdul Aziz bin Turki Al-Faisal, chairman of the General Sports Authority, announced the formation of a committee on Wednesday to carry out the investigation.

The committee will be headed by Abdul Ilah Al-Dalalek, assistant chief of GSA, who will start the investigation soon.
