Saudi Arabia lifts food aid to Yemen region

JEDDAH: King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) distributed 144 tons and 300 kg of food baskets in six districts of Al-Mudharabah and Halimin directorates in Yemen’s Lahj region on Wednesday.
The aid will benefit 3,900 people and is part of a project to distribute 102,170 food baskets in nine Yemeni governorates.
The distribution comes within the framework of humanitarian projects being provided by the Kingdom for the Yemeni people. More than 300 projects have been completed.
KSRelief also distributed 1,260 cartons of dates in Al-Salam and Al-Rawdha neighborhoods in Marib, benefiting 7,560 people.
