LONDON: The Saudi Arabian Embassy in London was lit up in green to mark Saudi National Day, and launched a spectacular and dazzling display of fireworks that decorated the London skies.
This coincided with the Saudi Entertainment Authority breaking a Guinness world record by launching 900,000 fireworks simultaneously from 58 platforms in 13 provinces to mark the on Sept. 23.
The fireworks and the drones outlined the Kingdom’s flag in the sky, along with the Vision 2030 logo and depicted a figure that symbolizes the soldiers of the armed forces at the southern border.
The ceremony on Sunday was attended by a number of UK officials, members of the British House of Lords and House of Commons, members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps accredited in Britain and a number of business and media officials.
