Ethiopia and Eritrea sign Jeddah Peace Agreement in Saudi Arabia

The President of Eritrea Isaias Afwerki and the Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed sign the Jeddah Peace Agreement, overseen by King Salman in Saudi Arabia, officially ending more than 20 years of conflict.
The agreement was signed in the presence of United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres, as well as several dignitaries and senior officials from all parties involved.
