JEDDAH: Saudi Air Forces have intercepted two missiles fired by Houthi militias in Yemen near the border city of Jazan. 

The Iranian-backed Houthi militias have stepped up their attacks against several cites across the kingdom.

Their attacks explicitly defy the UN resolutions 2216 and 2231 that aim to safeguard the security of Saudi Arabia and the international community.
