Ali Alkhorafi won Kuwait’s third gold of the Asian Games with a sublime ride to finish first in the the men’s individual equestrian.
Alkhorafi and his horse Cheril proceeded through the track without toppling any poles and recording the lowest faults at just 1.06 points.
Qatar’s Ali Althani on board Sirocco got silver with a score of 2.02.
Meanwhile, Ramzy Hamad Alduhami from Saudi Arabia and his horse Ted recorded a fault score of 5.00, after toppling a pole in the final and listing an additional 4.00 to earn a bronze medal.
