Saudi House exhibition in Jakarta welcomed 25,000 visitors

The Saudi House exhibition in Jakarta, Indonesia, concluded its activities on Tuesday, having welcomed more than 25,000 visitors.

It was organized by the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee in cooperation with the General Culture Authority (GCA) and took place from Aug. 18 to 28.

The exhibition included various pavilions dedicated to the Two Holy Mosques, Zamzam water, dates and palm trees, traditional clothing, handicrafts and Arabic calligraphy visual arts, in addition to the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee’s pavilion. 

The musical band and rababah performances witnessed a lot of interaction from the Indonesian crowds.

The General Culture Authority is seeking to introduce Indonesians to Saudi culture and enhance cultural exchanges between the two countries through its cooperation with the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee in Indonesia.
