Khalaf Ahmad Al-Habtoor, founding chairman of Al-Habtoor Group, has launched a promotion for GCC nationals for the sale of homes at the UAE’s luxury landmark in the heart of Dubai, The Residence Collection at Al-Habtoor City.

For a limited period, Al-Habtoor is extending a special payment plan for apartments purchased at the Noora Tower of 50 percent to be paid on purchase and the rest over 10 years — interest-free. Rates start from Dhs1,800 ($490) per sq. ft., which will include the four percent Oqood registration fee.

In addition to that, Al-Habtoor is extending a 20 percent discount on all purchases. This promotion is valid from May 13 till Ramadan end.

The 73-story Noora Tower features 546 luxury units, including four ultra-luxury penthouses, which are scheduled for full completion in July 2018.

The 52-story Meera Tower welcomed its first tenants in March 2018 with over 50 percent of the tower already occupied.

Al-Habtoor said he is pleased to see high demand from local and international investors and that “sales are proceeding well since we made our first announcement in 2016.”

He added: “Al-Habtoor City is a luxury lifestyle destination for everyone whether they are tourists, residents or investors in the UAE. I am launching this in response to the high demand for special promotions from GCC nationals through social media channels, and to celebrate with UAE nationals a new iconic landmark in our country.”

The Residence Collection consists of three luxurious residential towers — Noora, Amna and Meera. The high-end homes, which range from one to seven bedrooms, boast views of Dubai’s skyline.

Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. Residents also enjoy the region’s largest resort-style pool deck, which spans more than 120,000 sq. ft.

The residential community will have access to amenities, which include the largest swimming pool and leisure deck in the UAE, a state-of-the-art gym, two luxury spas, multiple restaurants and cafés, and Al-Habtoor Tennis Academy.
