JEDDAH: Two relief planes from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSRelief) arrived Monday to the Yemeni island of Socotra, accompanied by a medical team.
The planes delivered equipment, medical supplies and food baskets that will be distributed to the families most in need under the supervision of the center’s staff.
This assistance comes as part of a series of humanitarian projects provided by the center to the Yemeni people. There has been a total of 260 projects that included food security, health, rehabilitation, housing, water, environmental sanitation and hygiene, and projects for women and children.
