April 18: Dunya News states that an Indian Sikh girl, who was visiting Pakistan to attend Besakhi Mela celebration, has converted to Islam and married to a Pakistani boy in Lahore. According to Dunya News, Kiran Bala, an Indian Sikh pilgrim girl and daughter of Manohar Lal fell in love with a Pakistani boy after which she accepted Islam and married the boy. She converted to Islam at Jamia Naeemia and changed her name to Amna Bibi. Amna Bibi after marrying Pakistan boy namely Muhammad Azam s/o Khadim Hussain applied for extension of her visa.
