CAIRO: The daughters of Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab sparkled in floral dresses by Dolce and Gabbana at their mother’s marriage ceremony on Saturday.
Though its was her big day, Sherine was keen on pampering her daughters — Mariam and Hana — by dressing them in two matching long-sleeved dresses by Dolce and Gabbana, as the Italian fashion house is a regular in her style arsenal.
Meanwhile, Sherine wore a figure-hugging white gown accompanied with a veil while signing the marriage contract. She then changed to a colorful dress to match those worn by her daughters.
Sherine sent shockwaves across social media when she tied the knot with singer and composer Hossam Habib in a small ceremony held at the groom’s villa last night.
Videos shared of the event showed Sherine perform her first dance with Habib as she was joined by her daughters on her side.
With their marriage, the couple ended rumors that surfaced a year ago, specifically after their hit duo “Kol Ma A3’ani” (Every time I sing), which was a success.
At the time, Habib refuted rumors that they were a couple, while Sherine remained silent over them.
