Yemen’s Interior Minister calls to intensify humanitarian efforts in the country

DUBAI: Yemen’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Ahmed Al-Misri called to intensify humanitarian efforts in the country during a meeting with the new president of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Yemen, Saudi state-news channel Al-Ekhbariya reported.
During the meeting, the Yemeni minister reiterated his government’s support for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and all international organizations working in Yemen.
They also discussed the current situation and humanitarian efforts of the Red Cross, which help alleviate the Yemeni’s suffering.
For his part, Francois Moreau said that the ICRC staff will do their utmost to provide humanitarian assistance to those in need.
