Syrian opposition reports downing of government helicopter in Ghouta

Syrian opposition factions have reported the downing of a government helicopter in eastern Ghouta Friday.
The bombardment of the region outside the Syrian capital Damascus continues despite the 5 hour daily Russian truce that came into effect Tuesday. 25 Syrians have been reported killed during today's shelling on eastern Ghouta.
Speaking earlier about the crisis in Syria, Zeid Ra'ad al-Hussein, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, said that "Syria must be referred to the International Criminal Court. Attempts to thwart justice, and shield these criminals, are disgraceful." Zeid made the comments at a Geneva rights forum which held an urgent debate on eastern Ghouta at Britain's request.
