The Washington Post report by Kathy Gannon states that former Afghan President Hamid Karzai echoed complaints from Afghanistan’s current government that accused neighboring Pakistan of harboring Taliban militants and he urged the U.S. to impose sanctions on Pakistani military and intelligence officials.
