The News report by Ansar Abbasi from Islamabad states that immediately after the arrest of Zainab’s rapist-murderer, Senate’s Standing Committee on Interior has proposed an amendment in Pakistan Penal Code to allow for public execution of culprits involved in sexual abuse and murder of children aged below 14.
