Dawn report by Asif Chaudhry from Lahore states that according to the results of police investigation so far, the culprit in Zainab’s rape and murder case appears to be a serial rapist and killer, who is involved in the spate of rape and murder of minors, mostly girls, in Kasur since 2015.
