Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance participated as a health partner at the SMEF Forum held recently at Al-Faisal University in Riyadh to support the growth and development of SME facilities in the Kingdom. The forum was launched in the presence of Princess Maha bint Mishari, undersecretary of Al-Faisal University for foreign affairs and development, Khaled Al-Kattan, vice dean of finance and administration, dean of the faculty of medicine and a number of pioneers and business leaders.
Ali Al-Jadar, senior manager of the SME field at Bupa Arabia, said: “Our participation in this important forum aims to highlight our role in supporting small and medium size companies through providing the necessary advice and guidance to suit each category. This is in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which aims to develop SME facilities and enhance SME role in Saudi Arabia’s GDP as the main pillar of economic growth, which represents about 99 percent of companies and institutions in the Kingdom.”
“We at Bupa Arabia will continue to support SMEs and to cooperate with various government agencies and the private sector for the growth and prosperity of these facilities. We are delighted at Bupa Arabia to be partners in the success of these facilities, by providing all the support that will help them achieve their goals,” Al-Jadar added.
During its participation in the forum, Bupa Arabia organized a special booth with a group of insurance and investment experts to provide assistance to owners of small and medium enterprises. This included health insurance solutions to rehabilitate their facilities and to provide them with adequate health care for their employees and families.
