JEDDAH: Saudi Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir appeared in a video published by some media outlets, chatting informally with Valentina Matviyenko, the chairperson of the Russian Federation Council, during a meeting between the two on the sidelines of the visit of the Saudi King Salman to Russia.
In the video, Al-Jubeir appears to be explaining to Matviyenko in detail the Saudi way of using the coffee cup. He pointing to the
importance of shaking the cup after drinking the coffee to alert her host that she drank it all, so he could pour some more coffee for her.
Matviyenko appeared to be keen to repeat the hand moves after Al-Jubeir.
