Huawei has launched a new maintenance and customer service center — the region’s largest — in Jeddah.
The new center is in line with the high penetration rate of Huawei’s smart devices throughout Saudi Arabia and the company’s commitment to provide the best maintenance services to its customers in the Kingdom.
The center is run by Saudi staff who received training and skills from Huawei to use state-of-the-art maintenance technology in serving the company’s clients.
Pablo Ning, VP, Huawei Tech Investment Saudi Arabia, said: “Launching the new maintenance center in Jeddah comes as part of Huawei’s plans to provide excellent and comprehensive maintenance services, besides accommodating the highest number of customers and providing fast maintenance services in all regions across the Kingdom. The center will also play a vital role in communicating and interacting directly with Huawei customers and this will contribute in attaining Huawei’s vision to achieve the highest levels of loyalty and customer satisfaction.”
