Al-Jazirah launches spare parts delivery service

Al-Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co., the sole authorized dealer of Ford and Lincoln in Saudi Arabia, has launched a spare parts fast delivery initiative.
The service, which will be provided via its spare parts department, aims to strengthen relationships with the company’s partners in service centers and spare parts stores.
It is in line with the increasing demand for Ford genuine spare parts in the Kingdom. This step will help Al-Jazirah Agencies to meet the needs of its customers in a short time and enhance its brand presence in the local market.
The company has provided a contact number to service centers and spare parts stores through which it can receive and record customers’ requests.
The orders will then be delivered through a modern fleet of 40-plus Ford Econoline vans.
Mohammed Abdullah Al-Kraidees, deputy CEO of automotive in Al-Jazirah Agencies, said: “Al-Jazirah Vehicles Agencies seeks to introduce new initiatives to bring the parts closer to its customers wherever they are.
