RIYADH: King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid (KSRelief) distributed 50,000 food baskets among 300,000 people from different directorates in Wadi Hadramout in Yemen.
The beneficiaries expressed their thanks and gratitude to the king, government and people of Saudi Arabia for the assistance, “which is an extension of a series of relief and humanitarian efforts that reflect the depth of fraternal ties between the two peoples,” said the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Meanwhile, KSRelief continues to distribute hot breakfast meals among Syrian refugees in Lebanon. The philanthropic act is being carried out in Arsal, Bekaa, Akkar, Shab’a and Rashaya in which over 90,000 Syrian refugees live.
The center has adopted a policy of distribution of relief aid among the most affected and needy Syrian refugees across Lebanon.
This follows directives of King Salman to help Syrian refugees.
