Giordano opens biggest Saudi store in Jeddah

Giordano has opened a new store in downtown Jeddah’s Al-Mahmal Center.
With a floor space of 3,412 square feet, this will be the biggest flagship store in Saudi Arabia, set to increase the brand’s visibility manifold. Giordano plans to add seven new stores across Saudi Arabia before the year ends, adding 12,027 square feet of shopping space to the current 115,785 square feet.
Giordano first came to Jeddah in 1995 and has since won a loyal band of customers. The brand is known for its simplicity in design and quality in substance. It is now one of the leading international retailers of men’s, women’s and children’s apparel and accessories. Textile and Garments Co. Ltd. (TAGS), a subsidiary of Giordano International, provides strategic support, logistics and management across the Kingdom.
“The brand has established a solid base in Saudi Arabia through its excellent customer service culture and loyalty program WWS (World Without Strangers) and boasts of nearly 600,000 customers from different communities,” said Ishwar Chugani, managing director of Giordano Middle East FZE.
“The brand’s merchandise is a mix of relaxed and smart casuals that has proven popular for all ages and nationalities demonstrating global appeal for the brand,” he added.
