Cayan gets huge response at World Luxury Expo in Riyadh

A charity activity at Cayan’s stand featured a board inviting visitors to mark their signature on, and against every signature received, a monetary amount was contributed through Cayan Foundation.

Cayan Group, a Saudi property developer, had a successful showing at the recently concluded World Luxury Expo in Riyadh. Throughout the exhibition, there was immense interest, inquiries, and sales at the Cayan stand, which was frequented by visitors and celebrities on all three days of the event.
During the exhibition, Cayan featured their property developments in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The star of the featured developments was the 1 million square-meter Samaya, located in Erga, Riyadh, which recorded impressive sales. The CMC Tower, in Riyadh which went on sale for the first time, also received enormous interest from corporate companies, while the Cayan Cantara, first project operated by Rotana and located in Dubai, also recorded many sales.
Ahmed Alhatti, chairman of Cayan Group, said: “Our stand at the exhibition was very well-received by the visitors at the exhibition. We are thrilled to have achieved an amazing record of sales during the expo where our loyal customers availed our guaranteed eight percent annual returns which Cayan Cantara offers.
Also, high interest was shown in the CMC project which went on sale for the first time.
“We also maximized our participation by networking with like-minded ultra-luxurious brands on possible future joint ventures and walked away with some potential leads that could materialize. All in all, it was a very successful participation for us.”
Further, at the event, Cayan Group organized a charity run at their stand in collaboration with “Patients’ Friends” charitable association. The charity activity featured a board inviting visitors to mark their signature on, and against every signature received, a monetary amount was contributed through Cayan Foundation. Prince Turki bin Abdullah supported the initiative by placing his signature on the board. Saudi football legend Sami Aljaber also visited the stand and placed his signature on the board.
The World Luxury Expo provides a platform for the world’s ultra-luxury brands to showcase their products and services to an elite audience.
Cayan Group will be actively participating in similar upcoming events, to allow accessibility to the group’s real-estate related products and services.
