DUBAI: A new Twitter account is racking up followers by posting videos of a robot that burns all US President Donald Trump’s tweets.
The account, which was set up on Tuesday, already has more than 5,000 followers and is making headlines in the US for its “cold, calculating” burns.
@burnedyourtweet promises to give “Trump’s tweets the attention they deserve,” according to the account’s bio information.
In the four videos posted so far, the user replies directly to @realDonaldTrump.
In the videos, Trump’s tweets are printed onto a piece of receipt paper, automatically cut and picked up by a robotic arm which then holds the chit over a flame before depositing the burning scrap in an ashtray.
