New Chevrolet Aveo arrives in regional markets

• The 2017 Chevrolet Aveo is a more expressive, sporty take on the brand’s fun-to-drive small car.
It offers big technologies such as a new MyLink system with segment-exclusive Apple CarPlay compatibility, and a fresh exterior.
The updated styling complements new comfort and convenience features such as an available 7-inch-diagonal color touchscreen for the new MyLink system.
Rear Park Assist is also available on the LS and LT. The 2017 Aveo goes on sale this fall, offered in Base, LS, LT trims on sedan and hatchback models.
Aveo’s sporty and youthful exterior has an entirely new, expressive look echoing the global Chevrolet cues.
Aveo’s thoughtful interior retains its focus on delivering comfort, convenience and technology.
A new, detailed gauge cluster incorporating an analog speedometer adds a higher degree of refinement to the cabin.

• Al-Ghassan Motors, the authorized dealer of Infiniti vehicles in Saudi Arabia unveiled the 2017 Infiniti Q50 sports sedan with a number of performance and dynamic upgrades that deliver a more empowering and rewarding drive experience.
The updates include next-generation ride and handling technologies while two new powertrains are introduced to the range, featuring two advanced turbocharged V6 engines.
Al-Ghassan Motors hosted several on-track activities for their customers to discover and feel the high output delivered by this new engine such as “The Track” in Jeddah and “Dirab Motor Park” in Riyadh.

• Toyota GAZOO Racing returned to the podium with second and third-place finishes in the 6 Hours of Shanghai, the penultimate race of the 2016 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) season.
Numer 6 Toyota TS050 Hybrid driven by Stephane Sarrazin, Mike Conway and Kamui Kobayashi recovered from the misfortune of two tire punctures to earn second place and their fourth consecutive podium finish. Third place for Anthony Davidson, Sebastien Buemi and Kazuki Nakajima, their first podium of the season, keeps the team in the fight for runners-up in the manufacturers’ championship.

• Ford has revealed the next generation Ford Fiesta at a special event in Cologne, Germany.
The next generation Fiesta is unveiled with a sophisticated range of driver assistance technologies and connectivity features, as part of the most comprehensive and versatile line-up of variants in 40 years of Fiesta history.
Ford revealed four distinctive production variants of the Fiesta, including the stylish Fiesta Titanium, the Ford Performance-inspired Fiesta ST-Line, the upscale Fiesta Vignale and the Fiesta Active crossover — the first in a new line-up of Active vehicles to be rolled out across the Ford range in years to come.
Three- and five-door Fiesta variants will deliver superior quality and refinement; feature a stylish new exterior and revolutionary interior design with more personalization options than ever before.
