From the time Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors (Naghi) was selected to be the agent for Jaguar and Land Rover in Saudi Arabia, the company has made successful strides in the automotive business, and has been instrumental in making luxury car brands well known in Saudi Arabia.

Ihab Allam, Naghi’s executive director for Jaguar and Land Rover, said the firm achieved outstanding performance in revenues from the gross sales since it was approved in 2010 to be the official agent for the UK automaker.
“The new models were very much in demand, and we are committed to offering outstanding after-sales service to our customers, provided by the best technicians and professionals in the field,” he said.
“Having launched a number of new models that represent the leading edge in technology, like the totally new Range Rover and the totally new Range Rover Sport and F-Type Jaguar, we expect that our sales will be more than excellent,” he said.
“We pride ourselves on the great successes that we achieved at Naghi in sales and after-sales service. We are keen on expanding our customer base by offering promotional offers and various financing schemes that are suitable to their various needs. Our aim to offer high value services in order to obtain customer satisfaction,” he added.
Naghi operates a large network of branches in Riyadh, Jeddah, Riyadh and Alkhobar.
These have been renovated and upgraded recently to cover all the needs of the customers and offer them the best services and original spare parts at very competitive prices.
The company opened two new sales and after-sales service centers in Makkah and Madinah in order to meet the increasing demand on its vehicles and services in these areas.
The firm plans also to expand its network of branches and establish new and advanced maintenance centers.
Since maintenance plays a crucial part in customer satisfaction, Naghi seeks to do everything that will satisfy its customers.
For this purpose, Naghi established an advanced communications center that has one phone number to receive customer calls and answer their queries, and make appointments for the maintenance of their cars.
Recently, the company offered its customers a “premium service” that allows the customer to receive full maintenance for five years, in addition to the warranty and on the road help for the same period.
The company has recently won a number of regional prizes, like the best agent for Jaguar and Land Rover in MENA.
It also won a prize for the high level of sales, and another for the best marketing offer in the Middle East.
