RAFAL initiates construction in two new communities

RAFAL has completed the foundation and initiated the construction works in two new distinctive and unique communities in Riyadh. This reflects its commitment in developing a land to an environment; crafting different lifestyles, quality homes in community-style living, worth living in.
Sultan Al-Salem, COO, RAFAL, said: “Here we are near completion of the finishing works at Burj Rafal and Al-Rabia Communities, which is expected in the next two months; thus, after successful selection of the locations, we have appointed a renowned team of consultants and designers and completed the foundation works in two new residential communities. We’ve also appointed the construction company for each project to initiate the construction works which is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2015. Details of the new communities will be revealed at a later stage.”
