Hyundai Centennial of Denz Elmenzo beat defending champion Fuddruckers 77-59 to advance to the Inter-Naghi finals of the 2013 Orient Watch-JBL basketball tournament at Bin Mafouz court on Tahlia Street, Al Andalus District here.
Hyundai Centennial used a running game to tire Fuddruckers in the final quarter. Malic top-scored with 16 points for Hyundai Centennial and was adjudged as the Orient Watch best player of the game while Makagila had 11 points for Fuddruckers.

Chilli’s managed to stop the inside game of Mini Cooper. Deiparine scored 13 points for Chilli’s and was adjudged as the Giordano best player of the game while Natividad and Ballenas had 10 points apiece for Mini Cooper.
Carrefour of Edilym Dalagan beat Mr. Foodstuff 68-65 to advance to the Division 2 finals. Carrefour applied man to man defense in the crucial seconds of the game to halt the offense of Mr. Foodstuff. Fuertes chipped in 26 points for Carrefour and was adjudged as the JBL best player of the game while Castillo scored 19 points for Mr. Foodstuff.
Caltex of Friday Club defeated Barangay Fame 78-63 to reach the Division 1 finals. Caltex caught Fame flat footed in the fourth quarter. Ricky Reloj top-scored with 26 points for Caltex and was adjudged as the Saudi Sign best player of the game while Gallano had 21 points for Barangay Fame.
Thursday, Saudi Diyar of Jefrey Esperanza beat Toyota ALJ 76-63. It was a ding-dong battle up to the last 2 minutes of the game. Saudi Diyar went to the open man for the final assault as Toyota ALJ started to lose steam. Gerald De Leon scored a career-high 33 points for Saudi Diyar and was adjudged as the JBL best player of the game while Gani Tabao and Llamado contributed 11 points apiece for ALJ.
Hanco Maintenance of Edgar Ainza beat the defending champion Almabani 79-69. Almabani playing in an off night tried hard to contain the enemy offense but Hanco was unstoppable in the whole game. Jumaoas scored 24 points to lead Hanco Maintenance and was adjudged as the JBL best player of the game while Meting had 27 points for Almabani.
