Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) has announced the sponsorship of the 2013 Jeddah Human Resources Forum for the fourth consecutive year. The sponsorship of the event, which takes place from Nov. 24 to Nov. 28 with the support of Minister of Labor Adel Fakeih, will emphasize on CPC’s commitment and support of national initiatives.
Jeddah HR Forum comes this year under the theme “Post Correction,” which will focus on the development of employment policies to create a better working environment, the impact of policies, systems of work on the labor market, activation policies for the working environment for women and labor policies for recruitment and pre-employment.
Faysal Alaquil, CPC director of business development and head of CSR department, said: “We are delighted to participate in sponsoring the Jeddah Human Resources Forum, which has been a huge success since its launch four years ago and offered participants the opportunity to exchange expertise on diverse human resources development topics.”
He stated that the sponsoring of Jeddah HR Forum 2013 comes within CPC’s plans regarding the support of national competencies as an essential tool to cope with the developments and challenges of the modern era of business by the vision of the government of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah.
The forum, considered to be the biggest gathering of human resource experts, will discuss the best HR practices in terms of employment mechanisms, training, performance management, and developing talents in different business sectors.
