Bavaria, one of the oldest breweries in the Netherlands and its local distributor, General Trading Company-Olayan Group are proud to announce the launch of Bavaria malt drink 0.0%, a true non-alcoholic malt drink in the Kingdom.
As a family owned company and with more than 300 years of history, Bavaria was able to develop a unique brewing method for the sole genuinely zero alcohol malt drink.
Bavaria has built a strong global position in this market and is a leader in its home market in the Netherlands.
In 1978, Bavaria exported the first zero alcohol malt to the Middle East, and today its unique brewing methods will help the brand in maintaining its leadership position in the imported zero-alcohol segment.
Peer Swinkels, member of the board of Bavaria, says: “After building strong positions in the 0.0% segment all across the world, we are now very proud to present our Bavaria malt drinks to the Saudi Arabian market. Together with our local expert and strong distributor General Trading Company-Olayan Group, we are looking forward to a successful introduction and to letting the Saudi Arabian community enjoy our malt drinks.”
Quality and innovation are very important to Bavaria and at the same time the reason Bavaria is a successful international brewery exporting to 120 countries nowadays.
Bavaria opened its own malting plant in 1939 and now has one of the biggest in Europe, and is the only brewery in the Netherlands to use natural mineral water from its own spring.
In this way, by controlling the complete chain, Bavaria is always assured of the best quality products with natural ingredients.
It is also the world’s first brewery to operate under ISO 26.000 standards assuring a completely sustainable overall operation in terms of water consumption, energy, chain management and man and environment.
